Knipex crimping plier series PreciForce®

Our crimping pliers and matching tension springs are designed for efficient crimping of wire end sleeves according to DIN 46228 parts 1+4 (97 78 180). They can also be used for crimping insulated terminals, plug connectors, and butt splice connectors (97 52 36). These tools are suitable for cable diameters ranging from 0.25mm² to16mm² (97 78 180) or from0.5mm² to6mm²(97 52 36). With their multi-component grips, they offer a comfortable handling experience. The pliers are made of special tool steel (97 78 180) while the tension springs are crafted from chrome vanadium electric steel (97 52 36).
