DC/DC converters in a SIP/SIL3 housing with 2.5 to 7.5 W output power are designed for direct PCB mounting and have an efficiency of up to 96%. These devices are non-isolated, eliminating the need for heatsinks, and include short circuit protection as well as thermal shutdown capabilities. With low ripple and noise levels, these converters offer ±3% voltage accuracy (load range: 20-100%) along with maximum ripple & noise of only 60mVpp. The suffix "L" denotes models featuring bent pins at a right angle.
