Halogen free surface mount POSCAP polymer tantalum solid capacitors with a low ESR, an excellent noise reduction capability and an ideal frequency characterstic due to the use of high conductive polymers. They are notable for a long service life (2000h at 105°C), a high heat resistance (-55 to +105°C) and a high reliability. We offer various types of this Panasonic series.
