Halogen-activated and colophony-free soldering wires with high activity and good flow characteristics. They allow fast soldering, have a good wetting behavior on poorly solderable surfaces as well as very low flux splitting and leave slightly colored residues. These soldering wires are designed for automated and manual soldering.
